hi all,

i was on mifos 2.2.1 and wish to upgrade to 2.4.0 , now after replacing the old war file with the new one, i get this error page when trying to run mifos on the browser:

Mifos Database Error

A database error occurred. Correct the error and restart the application. Details:

There are un applied db upgrades: Please apply upgrade DB and restart the server
More details:

Not implemented - check local.properties file for local overrides
