I installed Spysweeper but it didn't work well. I uninstalled it and
reinstalled it and it still didn't work right. I uninstalled it again. Now I
have a Spysweeper file "wrssdk.exe" in my system that I can't deleat. I get
the message that this file is being used by another program and I should
close the program. I don't know which program is using it. This is a
Spysweep file, why would another program use it? It has to be somthing
running in the background. I can't even remove it in safe mode.

See if wrssdk.exe is running, if it is, stop it.

Open Task Manager....
Ctrl + Shift + Esc | Processes tab | Click the Image Name header to
alphabetize | Right click on wrssdk.exe and select End Process | Click Yes
to the WARNING prompt...

WARNING: Terminating a process can cause undesired
results including loss of data and system instability. The
process will not be given the chance to save its state or
data before it is terminated. Are you sure you want to
terminate the process?

Now try to delete wrssdk.exe.

If that doesn't work, try rebooting into Safe Mode and then try to delete
wrssdk.exe.

this may be the file that prevents me from properly installing Spy Sweeper.

Is that a fact?

Nope, this didn't help. I have a feeling that this isn't a welcome subject
and it deserves an unwelcome answer.

Sorry. The address didn't show. I went to Start/Administrated Tools/Services
and disabled and stopped the file from running. I was able to remove it.
Thanks for the help.
