I cannot recieve nor send emails following this message coming up:-

Can anyone give me an idiots guide on how to sort out the problem.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Have just found this on Tiscali web site We have known system issues
affecting our email service, our engineers are working on this and hope to be
able to resolve this very soon. We apologise for any inconvenience that they

Can now access Tiscali Mail using Windows Mail (or Outlook Express?). Still
cannot access it direct off the Tiscali login page, their web page stating
the problem is now also unavailable!

that your server supports SSL or port 995.
Try the standard port 110, no SSL.
