virgin says they have ORPHAN EMAIL ?in there system and there nothing i can
do..it gonna take 3 days there end..!!!! thx for trying to sort it...

It looks like the mail server is broken. You can either wait until it is fixed,
use webmail, or switch to a more reliable mail service provider.
