vs.net 2003 install fails (internal error 25003)

I'm trying to install vs.net 2003, but not lang after the
installation procedure's started, I get an internal error
25003

I'm installing it on Windows XP Pro, and I have vs.net
2002 installed. I also was a official betatester for
vs.net 2003, but I installed all the prerelease versions
(RC3 - vs.net 2003, msdn, .net framework 1.1, visual
J# .net redistributable package 1.1) before I started the
setup.

The only package I want to install is VC++ and all of
it's sub-packages, nothing more

by the way, the setup status is "Action: CreateVSDevGroup"

Ah, I found the error. My own DVD drive is broken at the
moment, so I used the drive of another PC on the network.
I transfered the files to my harddrive by FTP, but it
seems that the spaces in the directory names were
converted to underscores

I've retransfered the files the right way now, and it's
all working perfectly :)
