I try to request certificate using web page
http://server/certsrv/
Request a certificate >
Advanced request >
Submit a certificate request to this CA using a form
WebServer

There is a possibility to add Additional Options
Advanced Certificate Request
Aditional Options section
Attributes editbox

Is there any possibility to add there
Subject Alternative Name and DNS Name here?
What is the syntax?

We use Windows 2000 Enterprise CA...
