Microsoft JScript runtime error 800a01fb

Hi friends!
I have a problem.

My configuration is: MsProject server 2003 , SP1
Everything else is normal… my project server was working well, no
complains…then all of a sudden today I got this error and have not being able
to fix it till now:

The error says:

Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a01fb'
An exception occurred
/ProjectServer/Library/LocalizedStrings.asp, line 78

I did absolutely no changes and I don’t know y this error is coming… any
help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
