What is the full text of the error message?

What types of accounts are these? POP3, HTTP (Hotmail/MSN) or IMAP?

Are all the accounts in a single Identity or separate identities?

On the chance that the error message that you get lists the server name,
server type, port number, socket error code, SSL, etc. and the "attempt
to allocate memory failed" is in the Server response of the message,
then the problem is on the mail server.

receive e-mail in Outlook and in Outlook Express

Error Msg:
An attempt to allocate memory failed. The system is out of memory. Account:
'WFg@WeidnerFinancial', Server: 'mail.weidnerfinancial.com', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x8007000E

Email Server says Not there problem. I agree, and think it is a
configuration problem on this computer. Outlook Express will down load other
email from same server but will not recieve from this email address. Have
reconfigured email account with same results.

Think I am left with "re-installing" Outlook Express to see if this fixes.

Can send emails from all addresses.

Might see if these apply:

MAPI Advise() call returns 0x8007000E (E_OUTOFMEMORY):
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/269794

Error message when you send or receive e-mail messages in Outlook: "Sending
and Receiving reported error (0x8007000E): Out of memory or system
resources":
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911084

Often just a restart will fix a problem like this.

Thanks for the help. Just got tired of this and Reinstalled all. Works now.
Will never figure out why some email accounts work correctly and others on
same email server wont download.

Glad you fixed it, but as stated, problems such as this are often solved
with a reboot. Just something to keep in mind in case it happens in the
future. Good luck and thanks for the feedback.
