Mapisp32 caused an IPF in module minet32.dll
CAUSE:
This can be caused by a customer accessing the same POP server account from
two
different locations and having their Outlook set to leave a copy of the
messages on the server and delete after so many days. If a message is to
large
and does'nt get deleted it can prevent Outlook from recieving email
generating
the above error.

Had to setup a new profile. Set the new profile as the default and
configured it,
worked without error.
