Look at the Received headers in the received e-mail to see if the sender
or a mail server has the wrong date.

:I have a similar problem in which the e-mails that I send out posts a 20-25
: minute time difference earlier than what the actual time is. Say I send
out
: an e-mail at 01:58 which I always send it to myself also, when I receive
it,
: the time stamp is 01:41. I have checked my system and my local server
along
: with my cell phone and all of the times are the same. Has anyone ran
across
: this type of situation? It looks like I am leaving 20 or so minutes early,
: but when checking with other recepients, it is showing that the e-mail was
: sent out at 01:58 the actual time that it went out. It is really puzzling
me
: and any help would be very much appreciated.
