I have tried several thing to fix this problem but it doesn't seem to work.
I have only 5-8 recipients in two different email groups but every time I
send out a group email this is the error I am receiving.

Check with your ISP. This message is usually due to a cap on the
number of recipients that can be addressed from one e-mail. Usually as
a form of spam deterant.
