Error in pfadmin Utility

I'm trying to get a mass replication of all public folders
from my Exchange 5.5 box to a new Exchange 2000 server.
Whenever I issue the setrepl command on my E2K server to
replicate from 5.5 to the 2000 box, it kicks back the
error:

Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas on what I might try
next?
