Exchange 2003 Won't Uninstall

I was ready to decommission my Exchange 2003, I moved all my mailboxes and
public folder data to my Exchange 2007 server. I removed all the connectors
and what not and was ready to uninstall 03'. So when I go and uninstall it,
the uninstall fails giving me the error...

An unexpected error has occured.

Anyone have any ideas?
