Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening and more
importantly how to fix it? I have to assume that it probably is due to
a dependency that hasn't completed starting when the Default IMAP4
Virtual Server tries to start; however, I don't know what and even if I
did I don't know how to delay the startup of the virtual server. It is
annoying because I don't always remember to check after a reboot and of
course I am reminded when someone tries to access it and is unable to.
I have all the latest updates via Microsoft Update and that hasn't fixed
it as of yet. This is what shows up in the Application Log:
