unable to install IIS common files for Mgmt tools for exchange 2007

Hello

trying to install iis locally and i cant get around this error. Try
logging in as admin, putting a physical cd in the driive.

Setup cannot copy the file iisrtl.dl_

ensure that the location specific below is correct or change it and
insert windows xp pro service pack 2 cd in the drive you specify

You're not trying to use the Exchange 64bit CD on a 32bit XP workstation are
you?

If so, install the IIS common files from your XP cd, and then the Exchange
Management Console from the 32bit version of Exchange 2007

No its the 32bit client - and the exchange client is independent from
the IIS install.
