Subject: Feeding of data into the MDM web portal developed by MHRD in collaboration with NIC – reg.
Sir / Madam,
As you are aware that this Department has developed web portal for monitoring of the Mid Day Meal Scheme on real time basis. The web portal is now ready for feeding the data. A orientation workshop on MIS web portal with 23 States was also organized on 25th April, 2012 at ISTM, New Delhi.
Further, it is also informed that the training version of MIS portal is ready for feeding the data. The URL address of the portal is http://trgmdm.nic.in. The pre-requisite document for data entry is attached herewith for your kind reference. It is requested that before entering the data the instructions given in pre-requisite document may kindly be followed for better understanding. The User Manual on MIS Web Portal is available on the home page of the portal.
It is requested that concerned officials may be instructed to feed the data of at least one district of your State for each level i.e. School (entry will be done by block user), District and State (norms) in MIS portal (http://trgmdm.nic.in) by 6th May, 2012 and send your suggestions / issues if any, at rajatgu...@gmail.com and sa...@nic.in
