I understand that the bson.D has an ordered list and it is critical when you query mongodb, that the query is correctly ordered.
A similar related to bson.D was already asked here:
However, when you do an insert of an record, is the order of the list important, for instance will an ordered list be better indexed and accessed by the database.
A more general question is : In which cases should one use bson.D and when to choose bson.M
