I am trying to figure use mezzanine-editor and I cannot figure out how to get it to work.  I have created a custom content (named "media") based on page and I can get it to show under content.page.add.media.  I added the mezzanine-editor app and added it to settings to install it.  I could not find anything on the add media page about the mezzanine-editor.

I looked under in the mezzanine_editor app and I see that it is setup to be used with blogpost.  What is the difference?

Hey Moltra, I'm not familiar with the mezzanine_editor app, as far as how it works or doesn't work, you may have more luck posting an issue with it's repo.

Blog posts are posts in the Mezzanine blog (so they are posted sequentially and paginated to split them up), i.e. http://mezzanine.jupo.org/blog/.  Pages reside in Mezzanine's page tree and are meant to be much more static, examples would be an About us page or a Contact page.  I'm not sure if I answered your question, let me know what I can clarify more.

You answered most of them. Can I add fields to the blog model? By subclassing or injection.

I have copied the blog app and have renamed it.  Any tips or ideas from experience on how to change everything in the app to the new app.

I would just use find and replace in whatever your favorite text editor is.  A lot of them will let you find and replace across multiple files.
