What are the actual commits SHAs that consitute the v2.2.0-measurement-filter branch in the mspeigal fork?

I'm wishing to apply the measurement-filter fork to
 - one codebase running with metrics 3.1.0 and metrics-reporter 3.0.0, and
 - another codebase running with metrics 2.2.0 and metrics-reporter 2.1.0.

But I can't make heads or tails of how to backport the required changes to either the v2.2.0 or v3.1.0 brances.

The fork uses a branch titled "v2.2.0-measurement-filter" but definitely isn't based off, nor compatible with, v2.2.0.
My guess is that it's now based off either the original's "master" or "4.0-development", and that rather than having been rebased that it has been bi-directionally merged (because I'm very lost as to finding what are the distinct commits that define the v2.2.0-measurement-filter branch).

Any help would be appreciated.
regards,
Mick
