Rain radar overlay delays

Hi,

During the last 24 hours updates to the rainfall radar layer (and other layers) have been delayed. For example at 09:54 GMT today the XML capabilities file shows the last update to be 05:45 GMT.

Are the problems related to the data centre fire or is there another issue?
