5 min rainfall and lightning data - developer needed

Hi guys.

I require an experienced developer to create a radar and lightning system with post code zoom, animation etc. We have the 5 min rainfall radar and lightning data from the metoffice.

If you know how to decode BUFFR format and produce images from it but cannot develop the actual system then please do get in touch.

Appreciate this is a large project, but we require someone to join our team ASAP.

I have expertise in this area and can give it some thought. 30+ years in met apps in a private commercial environment . Please send me some data samples under conf agreement if you so require. I do c, perl, Python -the latter being my preference.
