Datapoint Images into ArcGIS

I would like to be able to add the Visible Satellite Map Layer and Total Cloud Cover Forecast Map Layer as two layers in ArcMap.  I would like to be able to have all time steps added to be able to view the forecast ahead, and view the visible satellite of what has been and gone.

 

Can anyone suggest if/how this is possible?

 

I can get the single images for one time step, but cannot work out a way of this being automatically connected to ArcMap as a layer.
