Datapoint in QGIS

Hey guys,

I'm completely new to this area, but maybe somebody could help me with something seemingly pretty simple.

I'm trying to view the date received from datapoint in QGIS, but when I try to connect to the URL below, I am told it is not a WMS server.

Any ideas?
