No WOW Manual Observation availability today 23rd June 2016?? Why?

Hi all,

What has happened to the WOW manual report page. I went to enter the 0900 Observations and the server came up with an error message.Tried to submit through Met Office server but no joy.I will try again after the 1500 obs. Gavin, Gilmore ACT
