To login go direct to wow.metoffice.gov.uk (after your very first attempt going through myservices below)
Go to login in the top right hand corner.
Enter your details. On the following page click Allow.
This should then take you back to the homepage on WOW.
If you then click on My Sites (from the top menu bar) you should see your sites linked to your account.
After logging in via MyServices - http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/premium/myservices/
– users should logout again, and then access WoW in the normal fashion, they should then be prompted to logon again – this time to Datapoint and not WAVE.
If the problem still occurs it may be worth clearing cookies in the browser and/or closing the browser before trying to access WoW.
Note: Accessing MyServices will only need to be done once in the first instance!
