deleting a station after moveing home

I have just moved home so have re-located my weather station
I tried to edit location in station settings only to find I had
added a new station.

Hi Geoff,

Thank you for your message This has occurred as WOW is set up to maintain the Climatic record for a site, and so if the location is changed a new site is created. This is to avoid confusion in the site records for the true location of an observation. The new site should have the same credentials but in the new location you have selected.

If you need me to make any changes to your site please let me know

Hi

I have just joined the WOW and moved the position of the weather instruments on the MAP, at the time I did not know that new station Idents would be generated. Can station Idents 948946001 and 947196001 be deleted please.
