Hi there,
I have recently started meme-suite. I want to download the eps format image for motif location (i.e. the second image and not the logo). Is it possible? Can a xslt (styling sheet) for the xml output can be provided which can be saved as svg I guess?

Hi Vinay,
I'm afraid the MEME Suite doesn't currently support generating an EPS of the motif location diagram.
