New public servers for MEME Suite

The primary home of the MEME Suite software has moved to two new servers: 

meme-suite.org and alternate.meme-suite.org

There is also a new email address for MEME Suite technical support:

meme-...@uw.edu

The MEME Suite team would like to thank the NBCR and its staff for their years of support.
