Hi,

Can you guide me as to how to convert Homer motif file to Meme format.

We don't currently have a script available to convert the HOMER motif format to MEME format. You'll have to write your own script to do that.

The HOMER format is described here.

The MEME format is described here.

You may be able to find a conversion script on the web, for example here, but we haven't used it.
