motif function

I am a student and want to know is there any tool to search the function of the motif that i analysed using MEME tool. If it is possible that will u please help me?

and another question sir how i can interconnect the motif GO term and function of that motif .

GOMo may be what you are looking for.  You provide a set of motifs, and select one of a limited number of model organism. It will scan the promoter regions for that organism, and report the  GO terms associated with the genes  where the promoter region is enriched for one of the motifs.
