How to retrieve results from the retired meme.nbcr.net server

The NBCR MEME Suite server has been officially retired and all future jobs should be submitted to http://meme-suite.org or http://alternate.meme-suite.org .
If you were using the meme.nbcr.net server just before it was taken down you may not have had a chance to download your job information. For a small window of time these will still be available at the URL:
http://nbcr-222.ucsd.edu/opal-jobs/JOB_ID where you can get the JOB_ID from your job submission email after the text "Your job ID is: ".
The embeded URLs in the outputs will still refer to NBCR's server so we recommend you open the files in a text editor and do a find and replace.
Find: http://nbcr-222.ucsd.edu/meme_4.10.0
Replace with: http://meme-suite.org
After that change all the interactive features should work.
