Dreme crashes and failed to creat all the output files

Hello
I have running DREME and getting the following error at the end of the run. I see that only one file is created as output (deme.xml).


Please what i should do  to get ouput of dreme that is similar to MEME ?

Malik, Did you figure out what the problem was? I am having an issue with DREME only writing the .xml file and nothing else.

I think the key error here is

      0 [main] python2.7 6148 child_info_fork::abort: address space needed by 'cyg                                                          z.dll' (0x300000) is already occupied


This and the other errors indicate that you are running DREME under Cygwin, but there is a problem with the configuration of Cygwin on your system.

I think you may have a different problem. Typically when you see only the XML file there is an issue with the perquisites for the MEME Suite not being fully installed. In particular several Perl libraries are needed to convert the XML file to the other formats.

Did you run 'make test' when installing the MEME Suite?
