No space left on device @ constitute.c/WriteImage/1133

When I use MEME to de novo find motif, I get the error  "No space left on device @ constitute.c/WriteImage/1133", but my available disk space remained 703G, I don't know what's wrong whit it?

The source file constitute.c listed in the error message is not part of the MEME Suite, it’s part of ImageMagick, a package of graphics conversion utilties. The MEME Suite can use ImageMagick to convert EPS (PostScript) files into PNG files. Something may be wrong with your installation of ImageMagick, or the /tmp filesystem may be low on space. Often /tmp is a separate filesystem from the root and /home file systems. However, this is a system administration issue, and is beyond the scope of problems we can help with. You should seek the help of an experienced local UNIX system administrator.
