Who can explain me the error
The minimum number of sites is set to 2. It should be less than the max number of sites (1).????

This error message is a bit unintuitive so I'll change it for the next release.
You have the MEME site model set to ZOOPS (Zero or One Occurrence Per Sequence) or OOPS (One Occurrence Per Sequence) but you have only provided one sequence. In both OOPS and ZOOPS modes you can not have more motif sites then the number of sequences so MEME sets the maximum number of motif sites to be the minimum out of either the provided maximum site count or the number of sequences resulting in the error message.
The solution is to set the site model mode to ANR (any number of repetitions) or provide more than one sequence.
