Membrane WAR deployment on Tomcat's ROOT

I am trying to deploy Membrane as a WAR file on Amazon's Elasticbeanstalk.

In those 'managed' environments, the WAR file is copied to $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps as ROOT.war. Therefore, the final web application's context path will be "/", instead of "/<war name>".

Should there be a problem if Membrane were deployed in such a way?
