statisticsCSV file to log rotate possibility

Hi,

Currently 4.0.17 only support :-

<statisticsCSV file="mylogfile.csv" />

Hence, the file will be growing until we stopped the server for housekeeping. This is not possible for live production environment. I could not purge/empty the current file as it was locked by membrane.

Any future plan to support log rotate as in membrane.log file or any workaround for this ?

we are working on an interceptor that writes Metadata to Apache Kafka. Would that solve your problem?
