Can't create new Meetup in Meetup API Testing Sandbox to test /:urlname/events/:id/attendance

Hi,

As the topic states: I would like to test API calls to urlname/events/:id/attendance which are - as documentation states - limited for use by administrative members.

I can't seem to find an option to create a new meetup in sandbox group to test this out.

Any help would be appreciated!
