Exclude Event Results Based on Keyword

Hello, is it possible to exclude events based on a keyword in the title and/or description? For example, we don't want to include any events that include the word "cannabis" in our event results. 

Also, does the API allow to the exclusion of events with a minimum number of members (ie, exclude events with only 1 member)?
