recommended groups | difference between /find/topic_categories and /2/topic_categories

Hi,

I have few questions regarding getting recommended groups. I want to get a list of recommended groups based on categories and topics. But when i pass the topic id like 1, it sends me empty response. Please help me with this.

Secondly what is the difference between /find/topic_categories and /2/topic_categories? which one should i use for recommended groups?
