Mediahouse Pro missing in Play Storw

First, sorry, my english are very limited.
In Play Store can't see the mediahouse pro (i have a license) only the message "item not found"
Before the reset in my Device (LG G4) Mediahouse Pro works fine, but now only have the free version.
If anyone can help me, please, do it.
