Hi,

What is the type of song meaning (mp3, flac,.. etc).
Also is it possible for you to turn on logging from settings and send me the logs ? (storage/emulator/0/mediahouse/logs/app.log)

yes that are all MP3 files.

I have no path (storage/emulator/0/mediahouse/logs/). See 7.png.

 

1.png: Start logging

2.png: I click on SOS from ABBA, nothing happens. Long click for menu. Select play. Nothing happens. Still “Sample title” in the player line.

3.png I click on the player line. This screen shows the correct title. Selected play. The icon changed to the stop icon but no progress in play time line.

4-6.png: Same situation with another title.

Reinstall of your prog. will not solve it.

Dear Diwakar,

 

I could solve the problem.

In Synology 6.1 OS you have the capability to reset the list of connected devices in the Media Server settings..

After doing so, MediaHouse worked fine.

Great to hear that. Perhaps Synology needs an authorization for all connected devices which is automatically granted if you accept new device added from Synology OS.

Hi Klaus,

Post turning the logging on, did you exit and start the app fresh ? Logging only starts from next fresh run of the application.

Synology confirmed that it is a bug in the actual Media Server software.

So no issue within your app.
