Weather:  Mostly cloudy with fog/haze; 59-80 degrees; fair visibility; winds mostly with a southeasterly component, light until the last two hours, 3-12 mph

Raptor Observations:  Busy and satisfying day. Constant flow of Sharp-shinned Hawks and steady overall flight all day. Many high-fliers. Two Bald Eagle - Osprey altercations.

Non-raptor Observations:  Almost 4000 Blue Jays; Solitary Sandpiper; Semi-palmated Sandpiper; 2 Least Sandpipers; Greater Yellowlegs

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
