Weather:  Fog and drizzle followed by cloudy skies except for a brief period with some breaks in the clouds. 57-64 degrees; poor visibility at first, becoming good. Winds light and variable, sometimes with a northerly component.

Raptor Observations:  The skies didn't clear more as predicted and only a small flight ensued.

Site Description
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the
mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are
from the southwest.
