Yard Birds today included:

Black-and-white Warbler (2)
Yellow Warbler (4)
Yellow-rumped Warbler (5)
Common Yellowthroat (1)
Scarlet Tanager (1)
Great Crested Flycatcher (1)
Rose-breasted Grosbeak (2)

I was especially happy to see that the grosbeak male was back, this time with a lady friend, the first I ever had at my feeder. He's quite the gentleman, I've observed, letting the female feed first before gluttony wins out over chivalry and he chases her away. She can usually return, though, and then they're able to share. To add, he's retained the tameness from yesterday, and lets me approach to a distance where I'm even able to hear him crunching the seeds in his bill.

Saturday can't come any sooner!
