Hello all

I’m trying to find the optimum RM of Maxent. For this, I tried two R packages (ENMeval and MarxanVariableSelection). According to the least AICc index, ENMeval finds RM=0.5 as an optimum solution but MarxanVariableSelection using the same index finds RM=3.5 as an optimum!

I don’t know how to decide between these two. Does any body has the same experience?

How to overcome this problem?
