Hi
I would like to know that how to calculate the area of the highly suitable, moderately suitable, suitable and not suitable areas from the output of MaxEnt model in ArcGIS or DivaGIS?

Please share the steps.

Thanks

I’m assuming you want to use logistic or cloglog output for this? You need to decide how to bin the suitability values. You can use the Con tool in ArcGIS to generate binary rasters based on your bins, or use the Reclassify tool to nake a single categorical raster.

Hi,
You can change the symbology to classified in layer properties and define the values for suitability classes. Using the reclassify tool you could get the number of pixels under each class and multiplying with the pixel area will get you the area under each class. Hope this will help.
