Hello,

I posted this question under an older thread but wasn't sure if people would see it there, so I am re-posting as a new topic.

I was wondering the quickest way to pull outputs from the MaxEnt GUI program into R for use in calculating the Boyce Index? I have run all my SDMs through  the GUI interface and now need to calculate the Boyce Index in R. I have run the models with 10 replicates if that affects the answer.

Thank you for advice with this inquiry.

Best-Marina

Hi Marina,
Maxent normally gives an average output raster layer for the replicated model.
So all what you need to do is to use this average layer and run and you presence points to run the Boyce index.

I hope it helps

Alaa
