Niche overlap in ENMeval

Dear MaxEnt/ENMeval users

I’m going to calculate niche overlap between number of species. For this purpose I want to calculate I&D indexes. In some papers, researchers used raw output of MaxEnt as the inputs and in other logistic output format. Which one is correct in your opinion?

I think usage of raw output is more reasonable because sum of values is equal to 1.

I may be wrong, but I am pretty sure it doesn’t matter which you choose because they scale monotonically.
