blockCV n ENMeval

Dear All,

I'm trying to include blockCV folds in ENMeval and Dismo, but not able to carry out the operations.

Can some one please help me with the code required.

After running a blockCV function, get the vector of folds from the resulting object, then enter these as user.grp in ENMevaluate().

Sorry for the delay. The maxent() function in dismo just runs the maxent.jar software, which only does random cross validation (you can choose the folds). Other R packages like ENMeval can help you with assigning other partitions and running cross validation with them.
