Samples missing Environmental Data

I am running MaxEnt using the categorical environmental layers: bedrock, hydrography, hydrogeology, national wetland inventory, national land cover, soils, and presettlement land cover. I have a subset of my sample set to random seed and when I run the model, an error message appears next to all my samples that says the samples are missing some environmental data. I was wondering why I was getting this error and how to fix it.
